When will I get my order?
All tags are made to order and personalised with your pet's details.
Please allow 1–3 working days for us to engrave and prepare your order. Once your tag has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
What size should i get for my pet?
Our Tags are great for cats, dogs and horses.
Small (20mm)
Perfect for small cats, puppies, toy breeds and smaller dogs. Lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear.
Medium (25mm)
Our most popular size. Ideal for most dogs, horses and larger cats. Easy to read without feeling bulky.
Large (30mm)
Best for large breeds of dog and horses

We recommend choosing a size based on your pet's build rather than their breed. If you're between sizes, most customers prefer sizing up for better readability.
Returns and Exchanges
Because every tag is personalised with your pet's details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your tag arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to make it right.

Each tag is made to order and individually engraved with your pet's personalised details before being carefully assembled, checked and packed by hand.
We believe the companions we love deserve more than low quality flimsy tags, which is why we focus on quality materials, deep engraving and attention to detail in every piece we create.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
