All pet tags are made to order and personalised with your pet's details.

Please allow 1–3 working days for us to engrave and prepare your order before dispatch.

🌎 International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every tag is personalised with your pet's details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your tag arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

12 Month Readability Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our engraving.

If your engraving becomes unreadable within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace your tag free of charge.

Deep engraving is designed to stay clear and readable far longer than surface printing or coating methods, helping keep your pet's details visible when they matter most.
