Every tag is made to order and personalised with your pet's details. Please allow 1–3 working days for us to engrave and prepare your order before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every tag is personalised with your pet's details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.

12 Month Readability Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our engraving.

If your engraving becomes unreadable within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace your tag free of charge.
