Your order should be packed within 2-4 working days, but please note that we are a small business and orders may take up to 5 working to process and get your items ready for you and your loved ones. Each box is made up as the order comes in and we put ALOT of love and care in to packaging your items so this takes time.  Once your package has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once dispatched, the courier will be able to advise the status of your delivery. If you have any delivery queries, please contact the carrier directly with the information provided with your tracking number.

Free shipping on all NZ orders over $100 and a standard rate of $6.99 for orders $99.99 or under.

Exchanges
Should you need to swap an item due to it being the wrong size, please contact us and we will ask that you please return the item. Once we have checked it is in original condition, we will then refund your purchase. Sending the item back and shipping for the new item is to be paid by the customer. 

Damage or Issues
Should there be major damage through the post, please let us know. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Refunds and replacements
We may ask you to return the item and organise a courier label for you to use to return the item. We'll be in touch once we've received the returned item. Once we've assessed the item for defects or damage, we'll refund or replace the item (in agreement with you).
