Thanks so much for being here! We have put together a page to answer some of the most common questions we get asked about our beloved Aotearoa/NZ business.
Are you an Aotearoa/NZ Business? Yes! We are based in the Waikato in the North Island of Aotearoa/ NZ
How do I leave a note on my order? Select the gifting option and leave your note there. We will write your message in a card, or feel free to request a blank card / leave other instructions.
Does each jewellery piece come in an individual box/pouch? To cut down on packaging we add multiple jewellery items in to one box. if you are buying multiple pieces for gifts, just leave us a note and we will box your jewellery items separately.
Do you have a physical store? No, we are online only at the moment.
Are crystal meaning cards included with every order? We send info cards with our birthday boxes, teen, new mum/baby, healing from loss and starter sets. For jewellery, other gift sets, and individual items, meanings are available on our website #savingtrees
How long will my order take? We are a small family business who makes up each order by hand as it comes in. We aim to pack orders in two to four working days.
How is my order packed? Gift box items are packed in carboard gift boxes and packed in brown paper wrapping or recycled plastic mailers that are recyclable. Jewellery orders are sent in cardboard mailers #doingourbestforthepanet
Who ships my beautiful order? All of our orders are shipped with NZ Post. We will send you a tracking notification once your order is packed and ready to be sent out.
How long does shipping take? Orders within Aotearoa/ NZ should be on yours, or your loved ones doorstep within 1 - 3 days.
Can I add a gift card to my order? Absolutely! You can leave us a note at checkout and we will add your personalised note in one of our gift cards, OR request a blank one to write your own message totally free of charge!
Do you do wholesale? Coming soon!
What if I ordered the wrong size? Please measure your ring size or other item size before ordering. If an exchange is required, you will need to send back the item and we will then refund your item and you will need to reorder. Postage fees are to be paid by the customer.
Do you ship to Australia? Yes we do. Please allow 2 weeks for orders to get to Australia.
What happens if my tracking is not updating or is delayed? Please contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501 and give them your tracking number so they can provide you with updates on your order.
