Orders ship within 1-3 working days with the exception of custom engraved necklaces and pet tags, please allow up to 5 working days for us to make these items. All orders are sent with tracked shipping. There is also an option to get signature required delivery.

Are Your Earring Hooks hypoallergenic? Yes they are. All earring hooks are nickel free and hypoallergenic.
Will my item arrive ready to give as a gift? Yes, all items come in kowhai and sage gift boxes. Please leave us a note if you need multiple pieces of jewellery packed in separate boxes.
