Where are you based?
We are an online store based in the Waikato, NZ
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders will ship within 1-3 days with the exception of custom engraved necklaces and pet tags. Please allow 5 working days for these to ship.
Can I get secure signature required delivery?
Yes of course! Just choose this option at checkout.
Are your earring hooks hypoallergenic?
Yes they are hypoallergenic and nickel free.
An item I want is out of stock. Will it be back?
You can sign up to be notified when items are back in stock by clicking the "notify me when this item is back in stock button" on the listing page. We also send out restock emails so it's a good idea to be signed up to our emails.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes we offer free gift cards and an option on the product listing to write a personalised note to the recipient. Don't worry, no invoice or price will be included. It works the same as a florist, but these gifts won't wilt!
